SINOTCC (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. was registered and incorporated with Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) in Singapore on 06-May-2011 with a Unique Entity Number of CRN/UEN 201110837R
It was established by “China National Chemical Engineering Third Construction Company Limited” (TCC) founded in China in 1962, formerly known as the “Third Chemical Engineering Construction Company of China” but was restructured to limited company in September 2008, and is a member of “China National Chemical Engineering Company Limited” (CNCEC).
SINOTCC’s main core of business is the general construction contracting for chemical, petrochemical and oil refining projects around the Asian countries with the office located at 18 Boon Lay Way, #10-103 Tradehub 21, Singapore 609966.
It was accredited by the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) of Singapore with the license of General Builder Class 1 (GB1 ) and Specialist Builder for Structural Steel Works [SB(SS)].
Under the Singapore Standard Industrial Classification (SSIC), the Principal Activity of SINOTCC is for SSIC Code 71122, referred to as the Process and Industrial Plant Engineering and Construction; and the Secondary Activity is for SSIC Code 41001, also known as the General Contractor for Civil and Building Construction including Major Upgrading Works.

Fabrication
SINOTCC has widely concentrated on the fabrication and installation of mechanical equipment and piping materials including its pipe supports and steel structures, where fabrication is a complement of our installation contract. The network of workshops are fully integrated and strategically located to complement SINOTCC´s regional activities. This provides an added advantage to respond to our global clients quickly and more competitively. SINOTCC is currently operating two workshops facilities in Singapore.
