It is a subsidiary of China National Chemical Engineering Third Construction Company Limited (TCC), originally established in China in 1962 as the Third Chemical Engineering Construction Company of China. TCC was restructured to a limited company in September 2008 and is now part of China National Chemical Engineering Company Limited (CNCEC).
