In response to “Quality Month”, SINOTCC formed a Quality Month Team, led by the manager, to oversee and implement all related activities.
To promote quality management principles, SINOTCC organized a Quality Month kick-off ceremony. During the event, the manager delivered a speech focused on the theme of “quality.” He used the strict quality standards of the Saudi Aramco project as an example and, drawing on the company’s extensive experience in quality management, elaborated on the importance and necessity of quality across various aspects—from process inspection and project handover to the lifelong responsibility for quality.
Then, the Linde Project Manager took the Linde project as a case study, deeply analyzing the close connection between results protection and quality management. He emphasized that safety and quality are dual pillars of project success. As the Linde project enters the trial run and operational support phases, any quality issues could lead to serious safety incidents. He called on the project team to carefully control every step of construction, ensuring that safety and quality progress hand in hand.
As part of the Quality Month plan, both the Linde and UMC projects organized Quality Month signing events and actively involved project personnel in various quality training. These efforts aimed to strengthen the quality management awareness of managers, enhance their capabilities, and ensure the safe and smooth advancement of the projects.
Through this series of Quality Month activities, SINOTCC has further reinforced quality awareness among all employees, solidified the foundation of quality management, and provided strong support for the stable operation of projects and the company’s high-quality development.
