2. Project Overview
Sinotcc (Singapore) Pte Ltd signed a contract with Linde Engineering to handle the construction, which includes:
– Temporary facilities and site preparation
– Piling, civil, steel structure installation, and equipment installation
– Storage tank field assembly, process pipeline prefabrication (UG) and installation (UG & AG)
– Painting, insulation, fireproofing, electrical and instrument installation
– Pre-commissioning and commissioning support for the entire project
The project ‘s main process units include:
– Utility system
– Power unit
– ASU unit
– Gasification unit
– Process gas cooling unit
– Rectisol unit
– PSA unit
– SRU
– Tail gas treatment unit and flare unit
The project comprises 34 pipe rack modules and 18 process unit modules, all of which are factory prefabricated and installed modularly.
The maximum weight of a single module is 2,830.9 tons, with a cumulative weight of approximately 34,504 tons. All the modules were successfully installed.
