Our Chairman, Mr Zhan Deqing’s visit to SINOTCC Singapore on 20-23 August 2024
Mr Zhan Deqing, the chairman of SINOTCC was invited to attend the meeting of the construction contract of Linde gasification Project in Singapore for the project closure phase and also met with Mr Wade, Executive Director of the Linde Group. The two sides had an in-depth communication and broad exchanges on ensuring the smooth delivery of the project and continuously to work in close cooperation.
During the period, Chairman Mr Zhan Deqing conducted in-depth situational project analysis on SINOTCC Singapore company and have a understanding of the production and operation situation. Mr Zhan promote the spirit of the Group’s 2024 mid-year work, finding the right development orientation in the context of comprehensively deepening reform, actively implemented the Group’s “135” development strategy and plan to formulate a new five-year development strategy for the SINOTCC Singapore company. The three strategic concepts of Establishment and Improvement of Systems and Mechanisms for market development, Production and Operation and Internal Control are further emphasized. It is essential to scientifically study and assess the market situation in Southeast Asia, co-operate openly on an international level，actively explore new opportunities for overseas business, and focus on the strong development foundation and market reputation in the early stage, and expand the market of neighboring countries based on the territory. It is essential to build a pioneer team that is well nurtured with the international production and operation organization model, and give full support to the joint efforts of the team to ensure that the tasks of the company’s reform and development are implemented in Singapore companies.
