近日,中国化学三公司承建的新加坡医用橡胶项目顺利通过新加坡政府年度安全审计,得到新加坡政府审计单位与业主的充分肯定,并在现场隆重举行200万安全工时庆典。
Recently, Project SPRING from SINOTCC successfully passed annual safety audit of Singapore government, which was highly praised by the Singapore audit authority and main con, known as DL E&C. We also held a grand celebration of 2,000,000 safe manhours at site.
新加坡政府要求对在本地所建合同额超过3000万新加坡币的项目每半年进行一次安全审计,此次是新加坡政府对新加坡医用橡胶项目的第二次审计。审计前,项目部召开动员会,根据审计要求全面安排部署、查缺补漏,积极准备相关审计材料,加强现场隐患排查频次,从严从实进行整改;细化内业资料管控,确保安全系统正常运行与各项制度有效实施;结合安全生产“一月一主题”活动,加强日常管控,筑牢项目现场安全管理防线。经过新加坡政府审计人员两天的全面检查,新加坡医用橡胶项目一次性通过审计,拿到审计合格证书。
Semi-annual safety audit should be proceeded on local-built project with contract value over 30 million SGD according to the Singapore government, and this is the second one for Project SPRING. Before the audit, the project management held a conference, which stressed comprehensive safety action should be taken, supporting documents should be prepared, on-site hidden danger inspection should be strengthened, strict rectification should be completed, and refined internal date should be controlled to ensure the normal operation of safety system and effective implementation of safety regulation. Combined with the activity of “One Month, One Theme” in safe production month, we should strengthen daily control, build a strong safety defense for project. After two days of comprehensive inspection by the Singapore government auditors, our project passed and got the certificate successfully.

During the celebration, DL E&C, the main con highly gave praise to remarkable achievements of on-site safety management and gratitude to all the project-participating staffs. They awarded medal and commended the outstanding managing personnel and worker in site.

Since the commencement in September 2022, SINOTCC also the project management effectively implement the requirements from Singapore government, the client, the group company. SINOTCC’s Project SPRING Achieves 2 Million Safe Manhours and Passes Singapore Annual Safety Audit
SINOTCC’s Project SPRING has recently passed its annual safety audit conducted by the Singapore government, receiving high praise from both the audit authorities and the main contractor, DL E&C. To mark this achievement, a grand celebration was held on-site to commemorate reaching 2 million safe manhours.
According to Singapore government regulations, projects with a contract value exceeding 30 million Singapore dollars must undergo a semi-annual safety audit. This was the second audit for the Singapore Medical Rubber Project. Prior to the audit, the project team organized a mobilization meeting to make comprehensive preparations, address potential deficiencies, and ensure all audit requirements were met. They enhanced on-site hazard inspections, strictly implemented corrective actions, refined internal data controls, and adhered to safety regulations. By integrating the “One Theme per Month” safety initiative, the team strengthened daily safety management and established a robust safety defense. Following two days of thorough inspection, the Singapore Medical Rubber Project successfully passed the audit and received the certification.
During the 2 million safe working hours celebration, representatives from the Dalin Group commended the project’s exceptional safety management, praised the efforts of Sinochem Sanjian’s employees, and awarded medals for achieving 2 million safe working hours. The event also included recognition of outstanding project managers and staff.
DL E&C, the main contractor, also praised the project’s impressive safety achievements and expressed gratitude to all participating staff, awarding medals and acknowledging exemplary personnel on-site.
The Singapore Medical Rubber Project, a joint venture among three companies, represents the first polyvinyl pentadiene latex project undertaken by SINOTCC. It plays a crucial role in expanding the company’s high-end chemical engineering capabilities and solidifying its presence in the Singapore market. Since construction began in September 2022, the project team has meticulously followed safety production requirements from the Singapore government, client, and company. By considering site-specific conditions, organizing scientifically, scheduling reasonably, and planning meticulously, the team has ensured smooth project operations and fostered a strong safety culture.
